Delivery Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you with other options or give you a credit for future purchase in the total amount of your order. Special Discount Packages prices include delivery, shipping & handling of the various packages from dbX warehouses to customer’s doorsteps. If a product is unavailable, we will provide a comparable replacement.
Delivery Location: All Items offered by Daily Bread Xpress are only available for free delivery to addresses in Monrovia, Paynesville, and Brewerville cities in Liberia. We will offer local pick up in other cities across Liberia including: Marshall, Harbel, Kakata, Buchanan, Voinjama, Gbarnga, Ganta, Zwedru, Pleebo, Harper, Tubmanburg, and Robertsport.
Delivery Time: An estimated delivery time will be provided once the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date and time your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 24-hours to 5 business days (Monday to Saturday) as of the order date. Date/time of delivery may vary due to delivery location and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate deliveries or shipments. Please note we do not ship/deliver on Sundays.
Delivery Instructions: The customer is expected to provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website; example: Cell number to call or directions to delivery location.
Processing / Delivery Fees: A flat processing / delivery fee will be charged for specific areas, communities, and cities.
To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, Delivery Fees will be displayed. Additional Fees may apply to areas outside Monrovia. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Orders placed after 6pm Liberian time are delivered on the next business day.
